AMP Recognizes Staff Educational Achievements

AMP is pleased to recognize the following staff for their recent educational achievements:

Danny Breidenbach, AMP Program Director, has been conferred a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from Washington State University. Dr. Breidenbach offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in the advanced studies of psychometrics and mathematics. Joining AMP in 2008, he brought more than 19 years of experience in the fields of mathematics and mathematics education. Dr. Breidenbach received his Master of Science degree in mathematics education at Purdue University. His unique blend of experience in education, presentations, research, and publications provides for exceptional support and direction to clients in a variety of fields.

Nisha Bhagchandani, Manager of Technology Planning and Development, has been conferred a Master in Business Administration from Ottawa University. Ms. Bhagchandani serves as the Manager of AMP’s corporate software development team and manages all software engineers, consultants, vendors and related resources. She has extensive experience in advanced web application development, relational database systems, reporting frameworks and project management processes.

Josh Loeffert, Test Development and Scoring Specialist – Level 2, has been conferred a Master in Business Administration concentrating in Strategic Management from the University of Kansas. Mr. Loeffert provides the test development department with his expertise in assembling and scoring multiple-choice, simulation, and practice examinations along with performing stringent quality control processes. With experience in generating test analysis reports and preliminary item analysis data, he is able to assist the members of the AMP Psychometric staff during client and examination committee meetings.
